To Use Ferrotone, Follow These Instructions:
Oxide Removal:
Apply Ferrotone Directly To The Surface To Be Treated Using A Sponge Or Cloth. Leave On For 5 Minutes, Then Rinse Thoroughly With Water. This Method Is Particularly Effective For Removing Oxide From Stainless Steel And Chrome, Or For Removing Yellowing Or Rust Streaks From Fiberglass And Gelcoat.
Teak Whitening:
Dilute Ferrotone In Water At A Ratio Of 1:10 And Use A Soft-Bristle Brush To Scrub The Wood Against The Grain. Leave On For A Few Minutes, Then Rinse Thoroughly With Water.
Descaling Of Cooling Circuits:
Dilute Ferrotone In Water At A Ratio Of 1:5 Or 1:10. Circulate The Solution In The Cooling System Or In The Heat Exchangers Of Marine Engines For 15-30 Minutes, Then Rinse With Clean Water.
