Darroze Les Grands Assemblage 8yrs is a Bas-Armagnac produced by the renowned Darroze family. Founded in 1834, the Darroze family has been producing Armagnac for over five generations. The Les Grands Assemblage 8yrs is a blend of eaux-de-vie from the Bas-Armagnac region, aged for a minimum of 8 years in oak barrels. The result is a complex and full-bodied Armagnac with a deep amber colour and aromas of dried fruits, spices and toasted oak.

On the palate, it is smooth and mellow with notes of dried apricots, prunes, vanilla and a hint of spice. The finish is long and lingering with a pleasant warmth. This Armagnac is best enjoyed neat or over ice.
