Product Description
The real is a cut of the front part of the bovine, and corresponds to a part of the animal's neck.
The Reale is also known in Piedmont as a softie. The whole piece in the scottona starts from a weight of 3Kg and can reach a greater size such that it can be divided into three sub - cuts.
- One part, the one closest to the loin, is suitable for being cut into slices and is very similar to the rib. Then this part can be used as a grilled steak. (NEED VERY LONG COOKING)
- If you order the Reale steak, we will prepare the most tender part in a vacuum, ready to be grilled as if it were a rib.
- It is characterized by a typical connective tissue, it allows to obtain a tender meat, suitable for super tasty escalopes for many different recipes.
- Thanks to the presence of fat and connective tissue you will taste a really tender and especially super tasty dish.
All our cuts have an average maturation of about 45 days; they are delivered vacuum - packed to allow perfect conservation both during transport and upon arrival at your home.
