The Limousine nut (or scottona nut) owes its name to its rounded shape and is a first-class cut that we find in the back of the animal, precisely in the thigh. It is one of the finest cuts of beef and is very versatile: perfect for cut steaks, for a good roast beef if left whole, marinated and then cooked on the grill or thin slices to be seared in a pan.
