The Castigo Pro is a rod developed by Artico to meet the needs of the most demanding competitors and anglers practicing support boat fishing.

Designed in Italy with a high modulus carbon blank, it comes in several lengths and powers to adapt to deep or coastal fishing areas.

the Castigo Pro 445 in 5m: its construction with cylindrical sections offers a unique combination of responsiveness and power, ensuring excellent performance both when casting and retrieving. Its great sensitivity is enhanced by the two tips with inserts specially designed for this series. Perfect for light bottom fishing at depths ranging from 70 to 120 meters, this rod supports weights of 100 to 250 grams and handles the most demanding situations with extreme efficiency.

the Castigo Pro 555 in sizes 3.8m and 5m : they differ from the 445 by a blank with superior rigidity, achieved through a different distribution of materials, while maintaining fine diameters and exceptional lightness. Specifically designed for bottom fishing, they are equipped with two tips with inserts developed by Greg, which ensure great sensitivity during fishing action. The weight usage range varies from 100 to 300 grams, ideal for seabeds between 70 and 150 meters deep.

Each model is offered with two ring setups to choose from: Fuji Alconite for more lightness and precision, or Fuji BCBnog for enhanced strength, ideal in cluttered environments.
