Its additional advantage is a raised ribbed Twin section that is equivalent to a barbecue plate. This allows you to grill and prepare an even more varied meal. The benefit of this raised plate is that it allows grease to drain away, preventing it from accumulating on the plate. The griddle comes with a lid and is sold with a cover to keep it protected at all times.
