Application tips:

To apply the High-gloss two-component varnish - Challenger UV from Boero, follow these steps for an optimal finish:

1. Surface preparation :

   • Ensure the wood is clean, dry, and degreased.
   • If the product is applied over a two-component varnish or lacquer, start with light sanding to improve adhesion.

2. Mixing the product :

   • Mix the two components of the Challenger UV in a 2:1 ratio.
   • Stir well to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

3. Application :

   • Use a brush, roller, or spray gun to apply an even coat of varnish.
   • Apply the product following the grain of the wood for better penetration.
   • Allow to dry according to the manufacturer's instructions (usually 24 hours).

4. Intermediate sanding :

   • Once dry, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper to eliminate imperfections and improve adhesion of subsequent layers.

5. Additional coats :

   • Apply one or two additional coats of Challenger UV, repeating the drying and sanding process between each coat.
