Glossy Keel Paint - Sentilak - Boero

To apply the Sentilak Glossy Bilge Paint - Boero, follow these steps:

1. Surface Preparation :

   • Composite : Wash the surface with a detergent, rinse with clean water, and let it dry. Sand with an abrasive grain of 180-280 and clean any dust residue.
   • Wood : Sand with an abrasive grain of 80-120 and clean any dust residue. Apply 2 coats of Defender or Giano (diluted) and sand with an abrasive grain of 180-220. Rinse and let dry.
   • New Gelcoat : De-wax using Sirio, sand, then apply the product.
   • New Steel and Aluminium : First apply a coat of Anchorprimer, Delta 3000 or Giano.

2. Application :

   • Tools : Use a brush, roller, or spray gun to apply the paint.
   • Dilution : If necessary, dilute the paint with thinner 703. For spray application, dilute to 10-15%, and for roller application, dilute to 5-10%.
   • Coats : Apply two coats of paint for optimal coverage. Ensure that the first coat is completely dry before applying the second.

3. Drying :

   • Allow each coat to dry for about 24 hours before applying the next.
