Application Tips

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, or residues. Lightly sand the surface to improve adhesion.
  • Mixing Components: Mix the two components according to the manufacturer's instructions to achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  • Application Methods:
    • Brush: Use a quality brush for even coats, ideal for small surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.
    • Roller: Use a short-pile roller for quick and even application on large surfaces.
    • Airless Spray: For professional application, use an airless sprayer for uniform and quick coverage.
  • Number of Coats: Apply at least two coats for optimal protection. Allow each coat to dry according to the manufacturer's recommendations before applying the next.
  • Drying Time: Adhere to the drying times indicated on the product packaging. Generally, allow the primer to dry for 24 hours between each coat.
