The double climbing rope, ICE LINE 8.1 GD BEAL is ultra-light and designed for advanced to expert use in glacial, alpine or rocky routes.

Designed with the Unicore Technology that prevents any sheath slippage, no swelling of the rope and allows for escape on rappel even if the sheath is cut, this premium rope for ice climbers provides maximum safety.

The Golden Dry treatment of this rope (Sheath and core!) gives this climbing rope excellent resistance to water, freezing and abrasion.

It does not absorb water: it does not get heavier and hardly swells.

The low impact force of this rope helps to limit the stress on anchor points in the event of a climber's fall.
