100% Sicilian orange jam cultivated in the Trapani hills. without preservatives and thickeners. Our jam is prepared following the classic Recipe that handed down our grandparents: pulp and orange peel. sugar and lemon juice. We only use variety oranges: Brazilian and Navel. Add Oranges (80%). sugar. orange zest. lemon juice.
Processing
Processing: oranges are collected by hand. wash. peel and cut. Subsequently they are cooked in the pot with the addition of sugar and lemon juice for a couple of hours.
