100% Sicilian lemon jam cultivated in the Trapani hills, without preservatives and thickeners. Our Sicilian lemon jam is prepared following the classic recipe that have handed down our grandparents: pulp, lemon zest, sugar, and lemon juice. We only use "white zagara" variety lemons.

Processing
Lemons are collected by hand, washed, peeled, and cut in half. Subsequently, the lemon pulp is cooked in the pot with the addition of sugar.
