This set of 2 Aiga MAREVA preventive winterising products - 5L - 161018U is ideal for pools of up to 150 m³ of water. It has several functions: anti-algae, anti-bacteria, and anti-limescale.These products should be used during winter when the water temperature of the pool is below 16°C. Please first clean the filter, the waterline, check the pH, and then pour in the winterising product. Compatible with all treatments, they are guaranteed to be free from copper sulfate, EDTA, and polyphosphates. In spring, resume your usual regular maintenance product. These products will take care of your pool throughout the winter: allowing you to swim immediately when the nice weather arrives!

Instructions for use:
How to winterise? 1) Clean the filter. Annual cleaning of the filter is essential to prevent the creation of an algae nest, limescale build-up, or the formation of a preferred passage that could damage it and render it ineffective. 2) Clean the waterline with an appropriate product (perform a shock treatment if necessary) as well as the skimmer baskets, pump pre-filter, the back of the lights, and the inside of their niches. 3) Check the pH and adjust if necessary. 4) Sweep the pool and pour in the winterising product that will take care of your pool all winter. The sweeping of the pool can be done manually or automatically depending on the model of the brush you have chosen. Pour the multi-active winterising product directly into the pool in front of the return jets and let the filtration run for two hours.
Dosage:
- Use 0.5 to 0.7 litres of product for 10 m³ of water; let the filtration run for at least 4 hours.
Depending on the volume of your pool:
- Pool of 0 to 20 m³: 1 litre of multi-active winterising product
- Pool of 20 to 35 m³: 2 litres of multi-active winterising product
- Pool of 35 to 50 m³: 3 litres of multi-active winterising product
- Pool of 50 to 70 m³: 4 litres of multi-active winterising product
- Pool of 70 to 90 m³: 5 litres of multi-active winterising product
- Pool of 90 to 120 m³: 7.5 litres of multi-active winterising product
