This3M black noise-cancelling headset OPTIME 3 PELTOR H540Ais a noise protection specifically designed for extremely noisy areas. The protection is based on a new double-shell technology that minimises resonances inside. The attenuation of high frequencies is maximised but still allows for easy perception of speech and signals. An acoustic link between the inner volume and the volume between the shells allows for maximum attenuation of low frequencies. The sealing rings are wide and filled with a soft foam material for optimal fitting and low contact pressure. Users must be trained in the use of the protection and must have read the user manual; failure to comply with the usage conditions may affect the user's health. It contains no elements made from natural rubber (latex). Prolonged exposure to noise exceeding 80 dB(A) may cause permanent hearing damage.
