  Install the cartridge in a manual, pneumatic or electric gun. For ease of use, the adhesive sealant should be at a temperature of + 20 ° C approx. Apply the adhesive sealant in continuous joint and in one or more passes depending on the width of the joint, avoiding any inclusion of air. Tighten the mastic-adhesive against the supports then smooth it with a spatula moistened with Sika TOOLING AGENT N before it forms a skin. For larger seals, consult the technical service. Bonding Apply a 5 mm diameter cylindrical bead of glue to one of the prepared substrates, several centimeters apart. If necessary, leave regularly with a notched spatula. Press or firmly tap the assembled pieces to allow good adhesion before skin forms. The thickness of the mastic-adhesive layer depends on the regularity of the support and must be less than 3 mm. If necessary, use double-sided tape or shims or clamps to hold together the assembled elements. A poorly positioned element can be easily adjusted within 5 minutes of application. Press again. Fresh and uncured adhesive mastic that persists on a surface should be removed immediately. The final strength will be obtained after the complete polymerization of Sikaflex 11 FC Evolution.
